DMCA – Copyright Infringement Policy

1. Our Commitment to Copyright

IPTV Suomi is committed to compliance with copyright law. We do not host, store, transmit or distribute copyrighted content without appropriate authorisation or licence. All content available through our service is delivered under licence agreements.

If you have reasonable grounds to believe that your rights have been infringed, please use the procedure described below to notify us. We will act promptly on valid notices.

2. Submitting a Copyright Infringement Notice

To submit a DMCA takedown notice, please send the required information (see section 3) to our designated copyright agent:

We will acknowledge receipt within 2 business days and aim to process valid notices within 5 business days.

3. Notice Content Requirements

A valid DMCA notice must include all of the following:

1. Your full name, postal address, telephone number and email address
2. A clear description of the copyrighted work you believe has been infringed
3. The specific URL(s) of the material on our website that you allege is infringing
4. A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law
5. A statement made under penalty of perjury that you are the copyright owner or authorised to act on their behalf
6. Your physical or electronic signature

Incomplete or inaccurate notices will not be processed. Submitting a false DMCA notice may expose you to legal liability.

4. Counter-Notice Procedure

If you believe that material was removed as a result of a mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notice. A valid counter-notice must include:

1. Your full name, postal address, telephone number and email address
2. Identification of the material that was removed and the URL where it previously appeared
3. A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the material was removed by mistake or misidentification
4. A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for your judicial district (or, if outside the US, any judicial district in which we may be found)
5. Your physical or electronic signature

Upon receipt of a valid counter-notice, we will forward it to the original complainant and may restore the material after 10–14 business days unless the complainant files a court action.

5. Repeat Infringer Policy

In accordance with the DMCA, we maintain a policy of terminating, in appropriate circumstances, subscribers or account holders who are repeat infringers of copyright.

6. Disclaimer

IPTV Suomi acts as a pass-through service provider and does not independently verify the copyright status of all content available through licensed channels. We rely on our content partners to hold appropriate rights. Upon receiving a valid infringement notice, we will take appropriate action within the bounds of applicable law.
